Refund policy
Returns
Because most of our items are seasonal, returns are not generally accepted. However, if an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, we will resolve the issue via a refund or exchange.
If an item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged item(s) with invoice number
- Allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request and issue a refund.
If your order is incorrect:
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the item that you received.
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request and issue a refund.
Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations on custom or personalized orders. We do not accept cancellations on orders that have shipped.
